My grands.
I am thankful for my grandchildren.
Three, soon to be four, exquisite little bodies shouting out, "Nana! Papa!" as soon as they see us. The youngest, well, he has Papa down. But I know Nana is soon to follow.
What else can I say? All grandparents know this love and thankfulness.
We thought our hearts left our bodies and walked around with our children. And then came the grands.
They are too precious. Maybe we appreciate them so much because we are in a different life stage. Maybe we feel we can take more time to talk with them, play with them, care for them. I know I love to invest in their young lives. I can't help myself.
They are simply grand.

Oh and I sure love your grands! They are amazing and so very special. Glad I get to be Auntie to those lil monsters!
