A Month of Thanks - November 16 - Chocolate!
How could I go an entire month without being thankful for this delectable treat! Chocolate is, of course, a vegetable, (it comes from a bean), adds a teensy bit of caffeine to my diet, and in the darker, less sweet versions, is considered healthy and full of anti-oxidants.
Chocolate is currently being touted as a part of a healthy diet! Now we are talking.
Just remember to get the darker chocolates, made with at least 60% cacao (dark chocolate) for the maximum health benefits. Mmmm.
Today, November 16, I am thankful for chocolate.
Now who can disagree with that?
